Terms of use

Diagrammar is published by Silkway Studio and distributed through the App Store. Downloading or using it means you accept these terms.

Licence

You get a personal, non transferable licence to use Diagrammar on devices you own or control, under Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement, which governs where these terms are silent.

Your content

Your diagrams are yours. Silkway Studio claims no rights over anything you open, write or export with Diagrammar, and has no access to it.

Purchases and refunds

Diagrammar Pro is a one time in app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy rather than by us. Restoring a purchase on a new device is done through the App Store with the same Apple Account.

What the app does not promise

Diagrammar renders diagram source as faithfully as it can across four dialects that each evolve independently. Rendering is not guaranteed to be identical to any other tool, and some constructs in a given dialect may be unsupported. Because viewing every format is free, you can verify your own files before purchasing Pro.

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Silkway Studio is not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Availability

Features described on this site reflect the current release. Platform requirements and feature availability may change in later versions, and changes are noted in release notes.

Third party components

Diagrammar embeds the GraphKit layout engine, which is EPL licensed. The required notices ship inside the app and are readable from Acknowledgments, in the app menu on macOS and the More menu on iOS.
