Privacy policy

Diagrammar collects no personal data. There is no account, no analytics SDK and no server for your diagrams to reach.

What stays on your device

Diagrammar is a document based app. It opens files you already have, renders them on device and writes changes back to the same file. Diagram source, rendered output, layout settings and theme choices never leave your device.

Rendering requires no network connection. The app makes no request to Silkway Studio or to any third party in the course of opening, rendering, editing or exporting a diagram.

Where your files live

Your documents are stored wherever you put them, through the Files app and iCloud Drive. If you use iCloud Drive, syncing is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Silkway Studio has no access to iCloud contents.

Purchases

Diagrammar Pro is a one time in app purchase processed by Apple. Apple handles payment and receipt validation, and shares no payment details with us. The app checks your entitlement through the App Store on device.

Diagnostics

Crash reports and usage statistics are collected only if you have opted in to sharing them with developers in your device settings, in which case Apple provides them in aggregated form. This is an Apple system feature and can be turned off in Settings, under Privacy and Security, then Analytics and Improvements.

Children

Diagrammar collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes will also appear in the app's release notes.
