What to include in a bug report
A diagram that renders wrongly is much easier to fix with the source in hand. Where you can, send the diagram source itself, or a cut down version that still shows the problem, along with which format it is, your device and its OS version, and what you expected to see instead.
Requirements
Diagrammar runs on iPhone, iPad and Mac, on iOS, iPadOS and macOS 26.5 or later. One app and one purchase cover all three.
Restoring a Pro purchase
Diagrammar Pro is a one time purchase tied to your Apple Account, so it follows you to a new device. Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with and restore the purchase through the App Store. If it does not come back, email us and include the Apple Account you used.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is broken, email us first. We would rather fix it.
A diagram will not open
Diagrammar reads Mermaid, PlantUML, D2 and Graphviz DOT as plain text. If a file opens but nothing draws, the source usually has a syntax problem, and Pro flags those with a line number. If a file will not open at all, check that it is plain text rather than an image or a PDF export of a diagram.
Some constructs in each format are still unsupported. If you have one that does not render, send it over. Real files are what the parsers get tested against.
Where your files are
Wherever you put them. Diagrammar opens files from the Files app and iCloud Drive and writes changes back to the same file. It stores nothing of its own, so uninstalling the app leaves your diagrams where they are.
Privacy
Diagrammar collects no personal data and makes no network request to render a diagram. The privacy policy has the detail.
Licences
Third party notices ship inside the app, readable from Acknowledgments, in the app menu on macOS and the More menu on iOS.
